The Executive Council is the decision-making body relating to organizational-wide matters and is accountable for all Surrey Place Centre committees. As well, the Council advises the Chief Executive Officer in matters of planning and Centre management.
The work of the Executive Council includes:
Establishing the Centre's Operating Plan
Implementing the Board of Directors' Strategic Plan
Reviewing and recommending policy to the Board of Directors
Overseeing the Centre's overall operations
