Surrey Place Centre is an interdisciplinary community based agency in Toronto that delivers a broad range of specialized clinical services and programs to enhance the health and well being of people living with a developmental disability.
Since 1966, we have expanded from a modest outpatient clinic to a modern, state-of-the-art facility, employing hundreds of highly skilled staff. Specialists from various disciplines work together to develop and carry out a customized service plan for clients, in order to meet the unique needs of each and every client.
We help children and adults living with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. We offer a variety of groups and workshops for clients, families and caregivers, as well as extensive education and consultation services to community agencies. Our comprehensive programs and services range from assessment, diagnosis, and one-on-one treatment, to family counseling and group support, and it is all provided by a broad network of clinicians and professionals.

Surrey Place Centre is the lead agency for two specialized autism programs: Toronto Partnership for Autism Services (TPAS) and School Support Program (SSP). Individuals of all ages living with autism may receive services through Developmental Programs, along with their families and caregivers.
Surrey Place Centre services clients of all ages living with or suspected of having a developmental disability in Toronto, divided in four geographical quadrants, Northwestern Ontario, and is the co-lead for the Community Network of Specialized Care for Central Ontario.

Surrey Place Centre is affiliated with the University of Toronto and other academic institutions, and is a teaching site for students in a variety of health care professions. Surrey Place Centre is also accredited with the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation.
