The Research Ethics Board oversees all of the Centre's research studies to ensure that research studies meet the highest ethical standards.
The Board is responsible for reviewing research proposals and monitoring all studies involving Surrey Place Centre clients. Approval from the Research Ethics Board is required before a research project can commence.
Through our efforts, we aim to protect the rights and well-being of our clients and the interests of researchers and the Centre. The Surrey Place Centre Research Ethics Board operates in accordance with the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans.
