Surrey Place Centre provides a rich learning environment for students from a variety of disciplines.

Surrey Place Centre Autism Services provides many placements for Behavioural Science Technology Students and Autism and Behavioural Science students from George Brown College and Seneca College and other colleges. 

Surrey Place Centre is academically affiliated with the University of Toronto and has important academic relationships with York University, Brock University, George Brown College and other Colleges and Universities. 

We provide supervised experiences to students of Nursing, Early Childhood Education, Communicative Disorders, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology and Social Work. Over 36 students from these disciplines completed placements at Surrey Place Centre in 2008. Twenty five of those students were in Autism Services.

Medical Services also offers University of Toronto affiliated student placements for undergraduate, post graduate students and practitioners engaged in continuing education. A large number of medical students and practitioners participated in various educational experiences at Surrey Place Centre last year.
